Cinnamon Crybabies
Ingredients:
- One cup almonds, finely ground (I actually like to leave some chunks for texture)
- One cup buckwheaties, ground into flour
- 1/3 cup cinnamon
- 1 cup raisins
- 1/3 tsp. pink himalayan salt
- 3/4 cup agave syrup or maple syrup
- buckwheat flour to roll the Crybabies in
Directions
Place the ground almonds, cinnamon, buckwheat flour and sea salt in a mixing bowl. Add in the sweetener and mix well. Add in the raisins and mix with your hands until they are well incorporated. The mixture should be like a slightly sticky dough. Form into balls and roll in buckwheat flour. They may be frozen to firm them up. Enjoy with a nice cuppa tea and invite your Grandma! xoxo
