Beets for Beauties
This beautiful, earthy blend is especially for the ladies! With a wonderful deep brown color and beautiful down to earth taste, it's a lovely iron rich blend that helps keep your skin beautiful and your blood healthy! This recipe makes about 3 litres, but can easily be cut down to a smaller amount. With a slow extraction juicer like a Green Star and the natural preservative power of the lemons, the juice will stay good for a couple days.

Cinnamon Crybabies
My Grandma inadvertently named this recipe....rest her soul. :) This is a recipe I adapted from a much fattier recipe I discovered and loved when I first went raw....I always had these in the freezer for those times when I needed something sweet and cookie like. They were Grandma's favourite.....one day she called them "Cinnamon Crybabies", then looked at me and said "why did I call them THAT??" I told her that maybe it's because she cries like a baby when they're all gone. Pretty sure you will too....xo

Kain's Kooler
This yummy juice recipe was inspired by a friend's request for a green juice......not spicy, a little sweeter but still nice and green. She wanted to share with her little guy Kain! I love this juice so much it became a staple of mine in the last couple days of a 21 day juice feast. A little more lemony and a little sweeter than the Green Gold.......simpler but every bit as yummy! Green lemonade.....
