Land n Sea Flax Crackers
Ingredients:
- One cup flax
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1/2 small zucchini
- 1 small tomato
- 1 clove garlic
- 3 inch piece of green onion OR 2 tablespoons white onion
- 1/2 cup hemp seeds
- 2 tbsp. black sesame seeds (optional but add color!) :)
- 1 small handful dulse
- 1/2 tsp. pink Himalayan salt
Directions
Soak flax and dulse in the water until the water has absorbed.....2 to 4 hours. In a food processor, coarsely process the zucchini, tomato, garlic and onion. Add the hemp seeds and process briefly. Add in the salt, soaked flax seeds and dulse and process until combined. Add the black sesame seeds last and pulse briefly just to combine.
Spread the batter onto Teflexx sheets.....this recipe makes approximately 1 1/2 sheets of crackers. Dehydrate overnight at 105, flip over onto the mesh screen the next day and dehydrate until dry and crunchy.
